How to select products?
Once you have found an item you want to buy, select "Add to cart". If you are looking for other products, you can continue to browse and add items to the cart. When you have finished making your purchases, just go to the cart and select "Checkout".
How do I add a promotional code?
Make sure you have added the desired products to the cart. If you have a promotional code, you can enter it in the space provided by
clicking "Ok" to complete your purchase with the respective discount.
How do I log in?
If you signed in before starting the purchase, you can skip this step. Alternatively, log in now by entering your email address and password. If you have not yet created an account, you can easily register on our website by filling in your details.
How do I enter delivery details?
You can choose where you would like to receive your order. We can send it to the same address with which you registered on our
website or to any other of your choice.
How do I choose the delivery method?
Choose your preferred delivery method and confirm that you accept the respective shipping costs indicated on the website.
Which payment methods are available?
We have available options such as credit card and PayPal. If you selected PayPal, you will be redirected to the PayPal payment page to complete the payment process safely.
How do I confirm the purchase?
Please review all your order information and then click on “Place your Order”. Afterwards, you will receive a confirmation email to the
email address with which you registered and which will allow you to check all the details of the order.
How can I check the status of my order?
To do this, access "My orders", within your session, selecting the order you want to track.
Do I have the right to regret and how can I get a refund?
a) Product return due to manufacturing defect: You can return the product within legal warranty time. Magna Natura will replace or repair
your product, as a resolution considered best suited, supporting all cost inherent to product return and it’s new expedition.
b) Product return due to damage during transportation: upon receiving your product you should check your order and verify if the
package is damaged. If you verify any kind of damage you should open it to make sure the product is in mint condition and immediately
refuse to keep it in case of perceivable damage.
Magna Natura will assume the shipping cost of a replacement product. We do not assume the responsibility of transportation damage if
the consumer decides not to verify the product upon delivery.
c) Returning a product received by mistake: You have 14 (consecutive) days, after receiving the product to contact us. Magna Natura
will replace the product assuming all the costs for return and expedition of the correct product.
d)The right to regret your purchase (valid only within EU, for consumers): voluntary refusal of na order for any motive. You have 14 days
(consecutive), after receiving your order at the designated address, to contact us and express your will to forfeit the purchase.
Magna Natura will refund the consumer (excluding the inicial shipping taxes). The refund will be performed using the same means of
payment used in the purchase process. However, we might retain the refund until having recovered the product and upon verification
of its pristine condition.
a) Once Magna Natura accepts, the return must be performed in the shortest time period possible.
b) We do not accept the return of products that are incomplete, damaged, deteriorated, stained or with any indication that it might have been used.
c) All returned products must be packed and conditioned in the same way they were shipped by Magna Natura.
In your costumer area, you can access your order information and request to return the product.
How can I delete my account?
If, for any reason, you wish to delete your account, please send us an email to , letting us know of your intent.
